The Contract Coordinator will manage key aspects of contract administration and coordination within our organization. This role is responsible for overseeing IPSA, DMAS, and facility contracts and agreements, and coordinating efforts across all IPSA, Hospice, and Hospital patients. Additionally, this position will spearhead IPSA Collections efforts and lead initiatives for Collections Prevention.
*Working hours are 8:30am- 5pm CST
Essential Job Duties:
- Contract & Agreement Management: Administer and oversee IPSA, DMAS, and all facility contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies and that service agreements meet both organizational and client needs. Maintain accurate records of contract terms and necessary modifications. Act as a liaison between our organization and external contract entities to facilitate seamless agreement processes.
- Temporary Service Area Coordination: Coordinate the Temporary Service Area needs across various regions and ensure seamless transitions and resource allocation. Support operations within IPSA, Hospice, and Hospital service areas.
- Collections and Prevention Management: Manage IPSA Collections processes, monitoring outstanding balances, and ensuring timely follow-up. Develop and implement strategies to prevent collections issues, including proactive communication with clients and stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contract administration, collections management, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of healthcare contracts, DMAS, and IPSA preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage external and internal stakeholders.
Salary Range: $22 an hour
